Returns are accepted for 30 days after purchase for authentic, unused merchandise. Used merchandise may be eligible for returns under warranty. If you need to return an item still under warranty, you should contact UGG customer service for more details.
Once you complete your shopping and view your cart, you can begin the checkout process. Below your order summary, on the left-hand side, you'll see the question, "Do you have a promotional code?" Click on this question, and you'll pull up a spot to enter your code. Type in your discount code, and then click the "Apply" button to see your discount.

Founded in 1978, UGG was the brainchild of a young Australian surfer. By the mid-1980s, the UGG brand was well-known in southern California surf shops. A retail store in Soho began UGG's entrance into the brick-and-mortar business, and the company eventually expanded to stores in Japan, China, and London. By 2012, UGG for Men opened its first store in New York. Today, the retailer sells boots, sneakers, loafers, and a wide variety of other footwear, as well as some home decor items, through its stores and the website online.
