Stride Rite Return & Exchange Policy

Stride Rite accepts returns of merchandise for a refund or a credit within 45 days of purchase date. Items sold on a sale or under $20 is ineligible for return. Items bought at a partner store should be returned or exchanged where the item was purchased.

Return items must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original box and packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Stride Rite does not process exchanges at the moment. Should you prefer an exchange, return your item and place another order for the item you wish as the exchange.

To make a return, click here or login to your account and look for the order details from your order history. Follow the instructions in the document that Stride Rite will email you. Securely pack your item in its original packaging and mail to the address provided by Stride Rite. Return shipping is free but original shipping fees are non-refundable.
